"Pursuant to § 38-26-107, C.R.S., NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that final settlement will be made by Morgan County Quality Water District (District) on the account for the contract between the Contractor, TIMCO Blasting and Coatings, Inc., and the District for the completion of the District’s Goodrich Waterline Extension project, located near Goodrich Colorado.

            THE DATE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT to Contractor is February 14, 2025, which is at least ten days after the second publication date of this Notice.

Any person, co-partnership, association of person’s company, corporation, or entity having any unpaid claim against the Contractor for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of such work, may, at any time up to and including the Date of Final Settlement, file with the District a written and verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. Any such filing shall be sent to: Morgan County Quality Water District, P.O. Box 1218, Fort Morgan, CO 80701 or by email at customerservice@mcqwd.org.

All claims must be received by the District no later than close of business on the Date of Final Settlement, as stated above. Failure on the part of a claimant to file such statement prior to final settlement will relieve the District from any and all liability of such claim as provided by law.
